Tuition is collected every other Friday for the next two weeks of tuition. Parents will set up an automatic ACH payment from a bank account or savings account.

Milestones has the right to close in the event of inclement weather if we feel that the safety of staff and families are at risk to due weather conditions or road conditions. Milestones does not follow the local school district closures.

Milestones will close if the Governor of the State of Minnesota orders that there is to be no travel or business operations are not to be open.

We ask parents to use their best judgment when choosing to transport their child.

Children will be released only to those person(s) listed on the Pick-Up Authorization and Consent forms. Identification will be required of any person picking up the child.

Enrollment requires a security deposit equal to one week's tuition, which will be credited towards the first week's tuition fees. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

For a child to be accepted into Milestones, certain forms must be completed and submitted on site. These include:

• Financial Agreement

• Enrollment and Child Information Forms

• Authorized Pick-up Form

• Current Immunization Record.

*Immunizations must also be kept current throughout your child’s enrollment at Milestones Early Learning Center.

Additionally, a Health Care Summary must be completed by the child's physician and submitted within 30 days. If the child requires any ICCPP, these must also be completed by a physician, psychologist or specialist before attendance begins.
